"Toni’s business operations and carers are fantastic. I simply cannot praise both Toni and her team of top quality carers highly enough. Their reliability, genuine care, and quality of interaction with my elderly cousin who has Alzheimer’s and other health issues is absolutely superb. It is also an easy service to manage financially, and the charges are both fair and appropriate. They have helped fix plumbing and phone problems, interacted with neighbours on her behalf, and introduced food and craft activities into her daily life. From the vital emotional support (such as having a joke to lift her spirits) to more practical care e.g. accompanying her to doctors, dentists and the like, their assistance has been invaluable. My cousin would never have been able to remain at home on her own without their attentive care and support. To top it all off, there some outstanding aspects of the care that I honestly hadn’t expected: regular communication by text (including sending me photos of letters or bills), constant updates on her physical and mental health, and the genuine friendship that has developed between her and some of her carers.
